Just writing about the upcoming Australasian Federation of Traditional Karate & Kobudo (AFTK) Seminar!!!

Ooo, Alfred what's this seminar all about???

Essentially, it's 3 sessions of karrate, each led by a different Sensei from a different Style of Karate. The AFTK exists to bring all different karate-ka (karate practioners) to train and learn together!
If you have never attended a seminar before, this would be a great first! You will definitely learn something new because none of it is Shotokan! You will also have the perfect excuse if you find yourself slightly lost throughout the day (none of it is shotokan) hahaha

The only restriction for registering is age.
Students must be aged 13 and above

This sounds like fun! When is it? 😮

The AFTK seminar will be held on the First Weekend of March (03/03/2024).

Each session will run for 90 Minutes, with a 30 minute lunch break (and food included if you book before 01/03/02024).

The timeline of the Event is as follows:

• 0930 --> 1100 | Kata applications at different ranges
  Sensei Adam Ball | Kenbukan Gojuryu Australia
   
• 1100 --> 1230 | Flow sparring: Connecting kata and self-defence
  Sensei Ben Brillante | Goshukan Karate Academy
   
• 1230 --> 1300 | Lunch 🍽️
   
• 1300 --> 1430 | Saijutsu: Adding function to form
  Sensei Reece Cummings | Kodokan Cummings Karate Dojo
