4:00pm - 5:30pm: Kumite Kids 13yrs and under

5:45pm - 7:15pm: Kihon/Kata all

7:30pm - 9:00pm: Kumite 14 yrs and above

For the Kumite sessions you'll need: 

• mouthguard
• mitts
• shin-instep protectors
• optional - groin guard - males
• optional - chest guard - females
